This is a great topic and article. I clicked the link and read the many ways to be cost effective as well the many suggestions . Glad to see that there is a suggestion to do a cruise for meetings. This is a key in today’s times to provide an event with all the bells & whistles and still come in under budget. The saving on the food cost is the biggest comparison as food is included plus shrimp & lobster are on the menu for NO extra charge. The destination can be used for a team building by charity work when you visit which makes it that more rewarding for all.
