Great podcast. Particularly liked the insight into having someone monitor the back channels during a conference. Also, the advice for speakers to incorporate it into their presentation was good. Acknowledging that people will be tweeting and emailing takes out the annoyance from the podium that a speaker can feel when everyone is busy with their iPhones and PDA. Thanks for the perspective.
