Authenticity author podcast
Jeff De Cagna has a great interview with Authenticity coauthor Jim Gilmore available via podcast. Gilmore, along with Joe Pine, also coauthored The Experience Economy, which of course had much to do with meetings, the ultimate experience (or so a planner would hope!).
While I didn’t think to turn the conversation into a podcast, I did write up an interview I had not long ago with Pine and Gilmore about authenticity and meetings (available here). Can’t wait to see them do the keynote at PCMA in a couple of weeks. They were very cool.

I know I am in the minority, but I find their work to be very basic and underwhelming.
