Goldfish and oxygen—what will they think of next?
Hotel amenities are wondrous things—and getting more wondrous all the time. According to this article, hotels are rolling out all kinds of interesting amenities, including portable oxygen tanks and in-room goldfish. Hey, I’ll be happy with an in-room coffeepot (and daily refills on the caffeine, which for some reason housekeeping always forgets to replenish) and a window that opens!
Thanks to Patti Shock for the pointer.

I agree about the coffee but I won’t drink any if the coffee pot is in the bathroom, the worst and germiest part of a hotel room. The bacteria run rampant in bathrooms and it’s even chancy to leave an open tooth brush on the counter.
Also, beware of the remote - listed as one of the most bacteria filled items in a hotel room
Now enjoy your stay.
