We are book publishers for the travel, hospitality, and tourism industry. We use chef’s recipes in our Destination/Travel Memories gift books. Recipes are not considered intellectual property. All one has to do is change the name, add or change ingredients, number of servings and it becomes a new recipe. Also, recipes of famous chefs and restaurants with “secret recipes” are re-created and the words, adapted from—–is used.
